What I bring

The thinking of a product partner, with the hands-on depth to ship.

Strong products need more than clean code. I connect user experience, reliable engineering, accessibility, performance and release operations so every part of the experience supports the same goal.

Two very different products, connected by the same focus: clarity, craft and dependable delivery.

Ways I can help

One developer. A complete path to launch.

I work best on products that need equal care across experience, engineering and the practical work of getting into users’ hands.

02

iOS & Android apps

Thoughtful cross-platform apps with strong offline behaviour, native conventions and store-ready delivery.

  • React Native & Expo
  • Local-first data and APIs
  • App Store & Google Play
03

Websites & platforms

Fast, accessible websites and web products that earn trust, explain value clearly and support real business goals.

  • Responsive front-end development
  • SEO, content and performance
  • Payments, membership and email
04

Product & launch support

Practical ownership across scope, UX decisions, test strategy, infrastructure and release operations.

  • Product shaping and prototyping
  • Automated and device QA
  • Cloud hosting and CI/CD

Quality is a feature

The invisible work is what makes a product dependable.

I care about the last mile: real-device behaviour, recovery from interruptions, readable interfaces, release repeatability and the edge cases users should never have to notice.

How we work

Clear decisions. Visible progress. No mystery.

A lean process that keeps the important questions close and gets useful work in front of you early.

  1. 01

    Shape

Clarify the audience, the outcome and what the first strong version needs to do.

  2. 02

    Design

Turn the product direction into flows, systems and a visual language people can understand.

  3. 03

    Build

Ship in focused increments, with quality and maintainability treated as part of the feature.

  4. 04

    Launch

Test on the real target, deploy confidently and leave the product ready for what comes next.

About

A developer who stays close to the whole product.

I’m Maxwell Cadman, an independent developer in Australia. I build across web, mobile and Unity, and I’m happiest turning ambitious ideas into products that feel calm, considered and ready for real users.

I can join at the beginning to help shape the product, or step into an existing build to improve the experience, strengthen the engineering and get it over the line.

For clients, that means fewer hand-offs, direct communication and one person keeping the experience and the implementation moving in the same direction.

Have something in mind?

Let’s build the version people want to keep using.

Tell me what you’re making, where it stands today, and what a successful launch looks like.
